Notes from the future : £170 seems cheap now…
The car is up at Jigsaw. I’ve seen and paid for my new engine, so there’s just the little gearbox/diff issue to sort out and we’re away. Mark at Jigsaw assures me that I should put in my Silverstone entry, so I’ll be doing that this weekend.
While I’m on the subject… £170 entry fee!!! OK, I know motorsport isn’t meant to be cheap, but even so it seems like a lot of money to me for 30 minutes of track time. Oh well, I should think Marlboro will be calling soon with my multi-million sponsorship package…
